SJTU Low Carbon International Young Scholars Forum

The China-UK Low Carbon College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is going to hold the First Low Carbon International Young Scholars Forum in June 2020. The forum aims to provide a platform for young scholars from low-carbon related disciplines to communicate and collaborate, enhance understanding between different disciplines, and promote cooperation on research and academic innovation in the low carbon fields.

 

We are now inviting early career scholars to apply to attend this forum.

 

Eligibility

  1. Participants are early career scholars and must have obtained a PhD from a world-leading university or research institution prior to the forum.

  2. The backgrounds of participants should be related to the areas of finance, management, environment, energy, atmospheric science, and geophysics, including but not limited to:

  • Climate Change and Countermeasure

  • Carbon Finance and Carbon Management

  • Smart Energy and Big Data

  • Renewables and Energy Storage

  • Low Carbon Combustion and Engine System

  • Sustainable Technologies and Waste Resource Utilization

  • Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage
