 论坛简介 

       低碳国际青年学者论坛是由上海交通大学中英国际低碳学院主办的面向全球优秀青年学者举办的交流盛会，亦成为低碳学院广纳贤才重要平台。旨在为国内外优秀青年才俊搭建学术交流与合作的平台，促进学科交叉与学术创新，增进相互了解与合作，共同推进上海交通大学“双一流”建设。

       通过专题报告、学术研讨、合作交流等形式，围绕碳科技、碳金融、碳管理等研究领域战略问题展开学术研讨，促进不同领域的交叉合作。 现诚邀国内外优秀青年学者参加本次论坛，聚 焦国际前沿 及领域热点，共话美好未来，未来已来，只等你来！

主分论坛：2020年06月20日 08:30开始（北京时间）

 邀请对象 

       年龄一般不超过40周岁，具有世界一流大学或科研机构博士学位或博士后研究经历，良好的学术背景和学术潜力；或在国内高校/科研机构独立带领科研团队，在学科前沿领域开展创新性研究，已取得重要研究成果或具有良好发展潜力。

 领域与方向 

领域：金融、管理、环境、能源、大气科学、地球物理学

主要方向，但不限于：

• 气候变化及应对

• 碳金融、碳管理

• 智慧能源与大数据

• 新能源与储能

• 低碳燃烧与动力系统

• 废弃物资源化

• 碳捕集利用与贮存

 主办单位简介 

       上海交通大学创建于1896年，坐落于全球最具发展活力的城市之一上海，是我国历史最为悠久且享有崇高学术声誉的著名大学之一。

      上海交通大学中英国际低碳学院，是由上海交通大学成立，英国爱丁堡大学、伦敦大学学院等英国高校参与合作，在上海市政府大力支持下创办的低碳技术与碳资源管理领域国际化办学试验区。学院集人才培养、科学研究、高端培训、产业孵化于一体，是国内首家低碳学院。

      作为国际化合作办学平台，低碳学院将借助并整合上海交通大学、英国爱丁堡大学等世界名校在低碳相关领域的学科优势，逐步创建低碳环境、低碳能源、碳金融、碳管理、低碳制造、低碳城市等硕博学位项目。学院拥有独立的实验大楼，已成立6个研究中心：包括碳金融与碳管理研究中心、新能源与储能研究中心、智慧能源与大数据研究中心、低碳燃烧与动力系统研究中心、废弃物资源化研究中心、碳捕集利用与贮存研究中心。学院将坚持以一流为目标，坚持以学科为基础，坚持以育人为根本，打造优势学科和强势专业，成为上海交通大学乃至全球高校中最独具学科特色的国际一流学院。

SJTU Low Carbon International Young Scholars Forum

Date: Saturday, 20 June 2020 (starting from 8:30 am)

Location: Virtual

The China-UK Low Carbon College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is going to hold the First Low Carbon International Young Scholars Forum in June 2020. The forum aims to provide a platform for young scholars from low-carbon related disciplines to communicate and collaborate, enhance understanding between different disciplines, and promote cooperation on research and academic innovation in the low carbon fields.

We are now inviting early career scholars to apply to attend this forum.

 Eligibility 

1. Participants are early career scholars and must have obtained a PhD from a world-leading university or research institution prior to the forum.

2. The backgrounds of participants should be related to low carbon areas, including but not limited tothe areas of finance, management, environment, energy, atmospheric science, and geophysics, including but not limited to:

• Climate Change and Countermeasure
• Carbon Finance and Carbon Management
• Smart Energy and Big Data
• Renewables and Energy Storage
• Low Carbon Combustion and Engine System
• Sustainable Technologies and Waste Resource Utilization
• Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage
