1. Program Overview

2020 International Online Summer School — “Green for Life” will be organized and hosted by China-UK Low Carbon College (LCC), Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Through focusing on Frontier Lectures, Seminars and Online Study Tour in low carbon area, this International Online Summer School aims at facilitating academic communication, enhancing scientific research abilities and encouraging innovation.

Duration: July 6^th  — 10^th , 2020

2. Program Highlights

2020 LCC International Online Summer School consists of 3 parts.

• The Frontier Lectures will concentrate on Carbon Finance, Utilization of Carbon Resources, Sustainable Energy, Energy Saving and Carbon Emission Reduction, etc. We have invited more than 15 speakers from world-renowned institutions: Shanghai Jiao Tong University, University of Edinburgh, Cardiff University, Cranfield University, University of Glasgow, University of Technology Sydney, National University of Singapore, Environmental and Climate Change Research Institute, etc.

• In the Seminar module, students will be encouraged to team up, have discussions and make preliminary research plans based upon Low-Carbon related topics. Each team is supposed to make a final presentation. Our experts will instruct and conduct professional evaluations during the whole course.

• Low carbon related Enterprise Visits on live.

The program is open to senior undergraduate students and post-graduate students from all over the world who are interested in low carbon field.
