上海交通大学特聘教授,二级教授,博士生导师,国务院特殊津贴专家,国家重点研发计划首席科学家。自1986年7月以来在上海交通大学工作,曾先后担任上海交通大学环境科学与工程学院副院长、党总支书记、上海交通大学工会主席、上海交通大学化学与化工学院党委书记等职。
长期从事环境电化学、水污染控制、废旧锂电池资源化、环境监测以及烟气治理方面的应用基础研究与教学工作,主讲硕、博士课程11门;主持“国家重点研发计划”1项、国家自然科学基金重点2项/面上项目6项、“国家863计划”2项和上海市自然基金等共30余项;转让科技成果3项(其中1项获得上海市高新技术成果证书);获省部级一等奖2次,二等奖1次;已授权国家发明专利40余项;发表SCI论文300余篇,引用万余次,出版专著2部。
担任国家自然科学基金委员会化学学部评审组专家、教育部高等学校环境科学与工程教学指导委员会环境学科类专业教学指导分委员会委员、中国化学会环境化学学科专业委员会委员、中国环境科学学会环境化学专业委员会委员、中国化学会全国环境化学大会电化学分会召集人、绿色造纸与资源循环全国重点实验室学术委员会委员、工业生态与环境工程教育部重点实验室学术委员会委员、国家环境保护化工过程环境风险评价与控制重点实验室学术委员会委员、上海市化学化工学会理事、上海市净水协会理事;担任《环境化学》、《高校化学工程学报》、《环境污染与防治》编委。
